In the wider sense, certainly there will always be more people who bitch than praise, but on the customer relations front, their efforts over the last year to be more open and seek constant feedback from the community - really, make the audience feel like we have a real seat at the conference table, and a voice in the product development cycle - has been nothing short of spectacular, and they've deservedly been getting lots of good feedback on it.So, in a nutshell, yes. :)
