Not only do any and all clothes and other wearable items fit, but also, all men get hugely muscular bodies, and all women become ultra-fit and voluptuous, purely by being born into the world.
Somehow I find that even more unrealistic than people flinging fireballs from their hands and flying through the air on the backs of dragons... ;)
