That sounds about right, with the armor being a little different depending on faction. I could see them doing slightly different postures too or something like that which wouldn't require a completely different model, but rather a minor modification.

I also fully agree that it's not really needed to have these silhouettes, but I just don't expect Blizzard to drop them. At least not this quickly.
