I think whatever price they set for adding and removal will be a good indicator. If it's 100g each way, as in the pictures, I can't see them making you pay that every time you want to transmogrify a piece of gear, on top having to pay for the transmogrification itself.

On the other hand, inflation HAS been getting out of hand lately, so I guess it'll depend on how big a gold sink they want this to be...
