We also have to consider that nothing about the costs we see in the screenshots is set in stone. It might just be numbers they made up so that we knew there was a cost associated with it.

Overall, the idea is for players to be able to store stuff they never want to lose, but not have to sacrifice bank/bag space for it. The deposit/withdrawal costs are there to prevent people from thinking "oh snap, I just got another 80 slots in my bank." That's not the case.
