Not to mention the countless other popular culture references, items whose only purpose is to make 14 yr olds giggle and reducing the scope of WoW from a nice, immersive world to "Oh, something bad happened? The Old Gods did it".
Yeah, if it weren't for this blatant disrespect Blizzard shows to their own lore, I'd be ok with the restrictions. But since this is not the case, all I can say is Blizzard can shove their "fantasy atmosphere perserving" measures up their @$$.
