Because the boss's damage increases each time you transition the phase, it is important to take more stacks early rather than later. Order, 11 scorp - 7 cat - 5 scorp - 5 cat - 4 scorp - 5 cat - 4 scorp.

The first scorpion phase go to 11, time aura mastery so it gets #8 and #9, and then get a warrior to use rallying cry for #10, spread after #11.

First cat phase group up after 7, no cooldowns needed.

Second scorpion phase go to 5 (or 6 if your healers are really good). Use rallying cry for #1, spirit link #2, spirit link #3, aura mastery #4, raid wall #5, spread after #5. This phase is harder because you will have members running out to drop off their seeds.

Second cat phase go to 5, no cooldowns needed.

Third scorpion phase group up after 4. Use nothing for the first, rallying cry for #2, aura mastery #3, aura mastery #4, spread after #4.

Third cat phase go to 5, no cooldowns needed. This phase will have ranged taking orb damage so be aware.

Fourth scorpion phase group up after 4. Use rallying cry for #2, rallying cry for #3, aura mastery #4, spread after #4.

Fourth cat phase group up after 5, no cooldowns needed.

Fifth scorpion phase go to 4. spirit link #2, spirit link #3, aura mastery + raid wall #4. Seeds this phase. Boss should die in this phase, if he doesn't you need more dps.

I assume you use 1 paladin healer for aura mastery, 2 shaman healers for spirit link, a paladin tank, and 3 dps warriors for rallying cry.

You can sub in disc priests for shaman healers, warrior tank for pally tank, or other healer cooldowns instead of dps warriors. Just make sure you plan out your cooldown order ahead of time.
