Interesting comment. I don't think there are any adult trolls who could have been born in Orgrimmar, but there are probably some who went through their adolescence or late childhoods there. The trolls were the first urban race, so in a way the trolls in the Valley of Spirits are simply reclaiming their ancient traditions.
It'd also be interesting to examine the reaction of these trolls towards Garrosh's decree. They'd probably be even angrier at it than the other trolls; after all, they're the most affected. They've been good urban citizens for years, only to be repaid with ostracism. However influenced by orcish culture they might be, I don't see the urban trolls siding with Garrosh. At the same time, it doesn't mean that they'd simply go back to the wilderness either. For that matter, how might sympathetic orcs react to the situation?
