There's a difference between showing emotion and becoming a weeping, blubbery mess. You can hear the pain in her voice when she turns away from Arthas at Stratholme but in ICC... it was taken to an embarassing extreme.

This is the woman who sacrificed her father for her ideals and values. And she becomes... that... over a man who's not even related to her? Over a man who's killed in cold blood countless thousands of innocents? I dunno. I'm not explaining myself very well, others have done a better job, but it really just feels like there has yet to come a truly strong female heroine to Azeroth who wasn't eventually turned into something totaly watered down in the name of "her man."

Garona is showing promise though.
