You're right about the rage quitting, I definitely shouldn't have done that given my position in the guild and i'll be apologizing for that when I get on tonight.

As for the gear issue, part of the argument that broke out in officer chat was me stating that 1-2 more pieces is NOT going to make the difference. I'm of the mind that if it's one piece of gear for 1 person, get it on your own time. The rest of us who have pushed and pushed to get valor capped every week, put up with a-hole pug BH runs, farmed the extra gold to buy a nice BoE, ensured they did their molten front dailies to get items there etc, should not have to suffer through content that they have done to death already.

I think tonight I will let everyone know that if they want to do heroic tier 11, i'm bringing another toon (who is likely to be just as geared than some peoples mains lol)
