It's not really just making it "available," it's also resizing and refitting the hairs to work on the head and body. Minimzing clippage, etc. Also, some of the hairs, they might would want to rework them and repolish them to match a Cata aesthetic.

But I wouldn't mind more hairs! Female tauren only have like 6.
