My reading comprehension skills are somewhat lacking and I was unable to find the answers I was looking for, so I hope ya'll don't mind me asking - are we only able to turn in Darkmoon Decks once a month after patch 4.3 (I hope so, it makes them sell for more while it's not around), and will this new version replace the one that we currently have?
Also, on behalf of a friend going after the Insane title (and also me because you can often sell deck turn-ins to rep-seekers), has Darkmoon Faire rep been effectively trivialised?

Once a month, yes.
However, that's already the way it is. :)

It would seem there's a monthly thing, but there's also weekly stuff (the tradeskill-related stuff, artifacts), and even daily quests too (bandaging beasts (wtf?), cooking food and whatnot).
So it would appear we can travel there whenever we like, but the announcement says there's a fee attached if it's not during the festival week of the month when we can use the voucher thingy to hearthstone there.
...Or that's how I interpret it anyway. It's a bit cloudy methinks, but blizz will clear things up after people have asked the same questions a million times. :P

The Insane title has already been trivialized by removing the hardest rep requirement. They might as well trivialize the achievement even further and let everyone go Insane.
