@SaintStryfe - If someone hasn't been there before and doesn't know their way around - or if you're clearing ALL the trash for a shot at the belts and bracers or because someone wants to bring a level-appropriate toon) it can take a while. If I were to go in solo on my 85 druid, sure, I'd just run past anything that wasn't a boss and do a bit of stealthing if I needed to.But when I go, I go with others from my guild and we do it for fun, not for efficiency. If we have a miner we clear to all the ore nodes just in case we get a Blood of the Mountain.
