i am one of those DK's who long since deleted my starting armor due to lack of space, so I am looking forward to maybe getting it back. The quests and pets and stuff sound cool too.But what most intrigues me are the dangerous woods that people just disappear in. I am going to have to investigate--and I'll probably happily meet my doom. I hope they are exceedingly creepy and full of freakish elite monsters. Like Duskwood or Deadwind Pass x 1000.

You know what would be cool? If we found that creepy dungeon they talked about on April Fools :D

That would be cool. Except if it super dark all the new art (and hopefully it will have new art. Rabid Evil Pandas of Doom? ) will be wasted. I love the crypts under Ravenhill Cemetery. Every character I have does Duskwood...even the ones that were already 80 when it got revamped. I loved it before too, but it is even better now.

Going off on a tangent, it would be cool if they had a dungeon or instance that stayed in one place but had lighting and scenery changes as you progressed. Start off super dark, then as you kill the monsters it gets lighter as you reach places to put torches, burn down barricades, or break through the dark cloud/miasma of evil magic/roof to let the sun shine in. It would be neat to have the lighting level be the tangible sign of your progress. But people would probably complain about Trial of the Crusader one-room-raid PTSD.

I know the woods will be my first destination on the new Island. I love exploring the creepy bits.
