monkeys and 19th century members of the military of the Ottoman empire

Now every Nerd is wearing the damn things with great amusement and
they haven't even earnt the right. They have neither lived through the
decline of the Turkish Empire, smoked opium and called for the house
boy to comb their hair nor driven a tiny car in support of a childrens
hospital after banging a hooker. Instead they have mistaken wacky for
funny and thusly should be flogged.
