It would be nice to add to each players desire to be unique a bit more. Every Belf looks the same running around. We have our own names, now Transmog, so it is only logical that people will start asking about this again and it is a change that should happen. They can add more customization to players on this level of toon creation and still keep control over the 'can' and 'cannot' while remaining true to their brand of engine art.

If they can destroy, rip, and massacre different parts of azeroth, then they surely can give us different faces or options to set ourselves physically different from each other. With the competition they are about to face, they need to ease up on their own stubbornness and embrace changes to the industry, the sooner or later, evern Big Dog Blizzard will have to adapt to.
