Hate led to the orc shamans to becoming Warlocks. If they didn't have an irrational hate against the draenei then they would've stayed shamans or at least had accepted their loss of power. Letting those warlocks upset you is letting them win. Warlocks love pain, others and their own. That's why you kill them before they can even feel their beloved pain!
