I'm one of those annoyed that I've had damn near all of this stuff but had to get rid of it over the years to allow for bank space for my pack-rat main.

While I will likely stick with the latest tier on my main to show off the gear, if I do decide to transmog anything, I absolutely agree with your assessment.

The first thing that game to mind was the tier 5 shoulders. These by far are my favorites of any set. The dark look of the whole set is great, and my only complaint (no and then) was the goofy little ring of wire or whatever above the head... WTF?! That just ruined that helm for me.

The wings of t6 were cool, but the overall look of of t8 was where it's at! I'm in no hurry to farm these things back up on my main, as he's been there/done that. I'm much more likely to work on vanity sets for alts that never did a lot of the content.


And a request to you or any staff member... Most classes have gotten an article detailing past tier sets, but please consider doing an article on cool/unique looks for weapons, offhands, wands, shields, etc.. Thanks!
