As I was reading about the death knight rotation, I started to wonder about maybe seperating out the blood shield and heal into two different attacks that used separate runes. Instead of making DKs bank runes to use their death strike at the right time, give them a choice to say, I want to use strike A for the bubble, and strike B for the heal. If you know a big hit would be coming you could try to pump up your bubble then try to heal up after the hit. Anyway, I'm not sure how it would work but it was a thought I had.
