As an Everett-tonian (or whatever) with lots of friends in Seattle, I personally find the Seattle-Everett distance to be a bit over-hyped. The AFK's more in southern Everett, as well. A 20 minute drive in decent traffic from north Seattle.

And yes, the AFK totally rocks. :)
