It's in Everett because King County has overly interesting laws. We were in the other day and talking to Kayla when it was slow.
King County says that if you serve alchohol and there are dice on the table then you are a gambling joint and you'll get taxed as such. So, it's in Everett. But it's right off I-5 and it's not too far away. It's quicker to get there than to try to cross the canal bridge to get to Cap Hill.
