Hands up everyone who saw this coming ever since Blizzard announced that worgen wouldnt have mounts.

I just cant understand why Blizzard decided not to give mounts in the first place.
It really felt like they were messing with alliance players.
First they decided to balance the number of mounts on Alliance and Horde sides.
Then they go ahead and screw alliance. It was just a matter of time until they flip floped on their decision once again.

As for it being a horse, Gilneas is technically a Human group. It'd have to be horses.
The only other possibilities would be:
- Horse drawn carriage to keep in with the theme of Gilneas with the downside that it'd have to be twice the length of other mounts.
- Some sort of Horse mutation that had been bitten by the worgen which really sounds weird.
- A potion that gave other races the Wild Running ability which still wouldnt ballance the number of mounts since it'd be 1 unique "mount"

I like to think this is Blizzard's way of saying "this is all you can get from QQ." It's a little warning that whining is the least effective way to get something.

...I kinda want a horse-drawn carriage... your toon could drive it and someone could ride with you! Of course, that would be unfair to horde, but even if you could only drive yourself that would be awesome. I loved that new questline through Eastern Plaguelands.
