The Guild Season 5, Episode 6: Revolving Doors

The struggles of everyguild The Knights of Good continues as Codex tries to solve the game's problems, Clara wedges her way in with the steampunk crowd, and Tinkerballa dons a weird costume replica of herself. Vork and Bladezz continue their con pirate antics with a very special guest star, as their strategy continues to bring in business and Vork rebuffs celebrities.

This episode felt much more transitory than the rest, bridging the two parts of the season together, as most of the first-half conflicts have been solved for Codex, and new revelations and priorities have gripped the guild at the gaming convention. Zaboo's seat saving business is eventually going to deal with some sort of consequence, which will be pretty fun to watch as his 48-hour no-sleep binge comes to a grinding, probably catastrophic halt. Oh, how we love watching the guild in conflict.

I just caught up with all the S5 episodes. This was always a fun show to watch but the writing is a cut above in these new eps.

Got to love all the cameos this season:) Thus far, Brea Grant, Brent Spiner, Grant imahara, Erin Grey, and of course Nathan Fillion. That would be an awesome con to go to I have to say.

I could be wrong, but I think the Steampunk society has Doug "Abe Sapen" Jones.

Nathan Fillion and then Erin Gray in the same episode. Brings me back to the days of her in her jumpsuit in Buck Rodgers. Oh, I feel sorry for the kids and young adults who never saw her in those days. Of course, today you have Felicia Day.

Prediction: The Knights of Good will end up becoming the new owners of the game.

Think about it, this season has the guildies working together like never before, it could be hinting at something.

Clara: Art Design
Tink: Merchandising
Vork: Finance
Zaboo: Community Manager or Project Lead, maybe Programming...
Bladezz: Public Relations? Advertising? He could be The Knights Of Good's Ghostcrawler!

As for Codex, she could be in charge of game balance. Also, she's totally gonna hit it off with Mr. IOwnTheGame.
