While nothing directly indicates that RetPallyJill's newest video is a direct sequel to Southshore, it definitely feels like the loose ends are tied up in Epilogue Some Months Later. The video is made primarily out of in-game footage, with a few effects to spice up the action. The majority of the tale is told through voiceover narration.
I was surprised how well the story reflected genuine human emotion and behavior. This might sound like a weird thing to say, but the character is easy to identify and sympathize with. Jill's narration was equally good, doing a solid job of conveying the story and inclination. All in all, this video was good stuff, and I'm happy to see it.

I was actually deeply concerned about my voice-over. I shouldn't be, since I'm in a band, but my speaking voice is NOT my singing voice, to say the least. I'm glad it came across ok.
(I did lower the pitch on the Human Female audio files so they matched my range a little better haha)
Fantastic. Loved the first video and this one is yet another reason why I love the stories that are possible to be told within the framework of this universe Blizzard has lovingly crafted for us. It helps that you're also quite talented too! Great voice-over! Seriously!
Checked out the video. Loved the story and the voice work... it all worked so well. I was compelled to check out the first one and was quite impressed. Of course, I fell in love with Ghost of a Rose and was compelled to find the video on youtube and down load the album...

*standing ovation*
That was an amazing work.
See machinima artists? See what you can do when you focus on character and story instead of 3-D animation tricks?

That was you? (Sorry, don't really pay attention to the end credits)
I am doubly impressed. You conveyed the character's emotions very well. You should look into voice acting or reading for audio books.

Yes, that's me doing the voice-over! I'm a very DIY sort of woman.
I didn't mention it in the credits in case people wanted to come after me with torches and tongue-ripper-outers :D

Knowing what happens to Andorhal ... this was bittersweet. Death to the dead! Death to the damned! Vengeance for Ang'rathar!

Oh, don't you worry - those two have a way of blasting their way through adversity ... only to find more adversity on the other side ;D

I'll be honest, I was about to skip over the video, because I thought it was another one of those used and abused machinima themes.
Then I read Kidsake's praise of it, and coming from him, decided it was worth a watch.
Glad I did. Simple story, elegantly done. Good job :)

I kinda wonder what Blackmore's Night thought about that inexplicable spike in sales back in March lol
