Just to be clear, I know starsurge would have such a long cooldown to offset that knockdown capability. I'm not looking for moonkins to become OP, just have some tools that compensate for things we don't have today. As an aside, that long cooldown would be perfect -- raiding moonkins wouldn't touch that talent ever, which would be perfect.
