Our submitter had a couple of titles for this shot from the top of the Orgrimmar bank, but unfortunately they were ridiculously long and had to be sent to the doghouse. "In which Noche of Dread Knights on Malfurion (US-H) was soaking up the sights of Orgrimmar while on top of the Warchief's building, when arcane circles and flowing script suddenly appeared," he suggested. "Or In which a cliché Matrix reference is just barely avoided."

That's Grommash Hold, not the bank. The bank used to be there, but they moved it. It's very confusing, I know.

Looks like he screencapped No point stretching time from baron soosdon ninja'd the footage overlaid it in photoshop then submitted.

It's part of the visuals created by the first person on your realm to complete Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest.

there's a large image of Tyragosa over your city, and runes and patters below her, and blue dragons will fly in your city's airspace.

Also, an image of the person who completed the staff will be riding Tyragosa, so please dress accordingly :P

I (female, by the way, not male ;) took this screenshot when a player from one of the top-end guilds on my realm turned in the final quest for the legendary staff, like Ji said above. However, I must add that this occurs *every* time a player turns in that quest because I have seen this twice.

THIS WAS NOT SCREENS-SHOT/CAPTURED FROM ANY VIDEO OR PHOTOSHOPPED!
