T7 drakes were removed without notice and they regretted it and wanted to give "months notice" to ulduar drakes (which would mean the first time that they would tell that patch is coming in month).
However they never announced it nor removed the drakes (thus not announcing it..). Only removed achi mounts were from ToC heroic (10m 50 tries and 25m 50 tries no deaths).
