To be honest, a large part of my motivation for writing this article was the opportunity to use this as a header. I am that shallow.

Using Hyperbole and a Half (especially that image) is an ENTIRELY legitimate reason for writing an article.

I saw that image and immediately thought my RSS feed for Hyberole and a Half was broken thinking I'd missed something so rushed to her site to see what was new. And then I got disappointed that she hasn't posted a new cartoon since her announcement of her book back in May. Her Twitter account says she's working hard on her book. Ah well.
