Curious.... you know who wields an axe? Garrosh Hellscream. Could this book be fortelling a pre expansion event in which Varian kills Garrosh. I mean horde players have mostly all been asking for Thrall back and with Garrosh dead the path is very clear for the Horde to return to Thrall.

Plus it could be a little redemption moment for Varian knowing that the leader of the Orcish advance on the Alliance is dead.
