As a healer, I love a tank who understands my blue bar is important. And if the tank chooses to use a "you pull it, you tank it" approach it is his or her choice. But as the healer, I will choose to heal the person who pulled it. That tends to anger tanks. I respect your choice not to step in and pull off the DPS, so I'd appreciate the same respect for my decision to still perform my role.
