I understand what you're saying but the good tank watches for when the mob goes for the healer and then picks it back up. ;) We have to let the dps learn somehow, otherwise they seem to think it's ok to pull the mob/boss whenever they feel like it. So few either don't know or understand the mechanics of some situations and just pull then they start blaming everyone else for the wipe. If they tank doesn't pull right away, chances are they are waiting on position, cool downs, healer, or mechanics. If the tank sits there for a 2 minutes or more, then he's probably gone afk or DCd, in which case I wouldn't pull to get things started but maybe check on them and if no response, initiate a vote kick. If you don't have time to wait on other people to play a game then playing a social game may not be for you. ;D
