I agree with this. Even post nerf, it took my guild group 3 weeks to down BWD, then another 3 weeks to finish up BoT. We're currently only 1/7 in FL, downing Shannox multiple times (even getting a 1-shot this past week..progress!), but never succeeding in Beth or Rhy (we've only gotten to Beth P2 once, and the one time we tried Rhy, it was disaster). Of course, the group is pretty laid back, only raiding FL Fri/Sat nights for 3-4 hrs at a time.

While the heroic nerf might be a little premature, I definitely welcome the normal mode nerf (as I'll likely never see H-FL anyways).
