Quite simply, because there is nothing else to do. If you are a raider, congratz. You are either breezing your way through normal and doing heroic modes and this nerf does nothing, or you are struggling through Firelands on normal mode and this nerf will give you some leeway.

If you aren't a raider, now is the opportunity to try to become one, because let's face it, you've been running Zul again and again for several months now and are almost to the point where your FTA bear group says "Screw Garrosh, Let's go kill that bastard Vol'jin!"
