Patch 4.3: Shaman tier 13 armor revealed

Continuing with the trend of patch 4.3 tier 13 previews, today shaman get to see what their upcoming tier set looks like. As with the warrior, warlock, and druid sets before it, the shaman set is incredibly detailed. In fact, I'd highly suggest checking out the full-size image in the gallery below to get a closer look at it. The set is called Spiritwalker's Vestments -- pretty aptly named.

So what do you think? I like it, myself -- so far, tier 13 seems to be embracing the heart of what makes a class. Warriors have battle-hardened armor taken from their greatest kill, warlocks embrace the dark and tainted magics through robes reminiscent of the Old Gods, druids literally wear nature, and now shaman are a hail to the primal days of shaman past. It definitely makes me curious as to what's next.

The best shaman sets are a mix of the animal and the elemental. This tier combines huge wolf-skull shoulder pads, bone fetishes, and fur with glowing shards of amber crystal. The entire set is lashed together with lengths of rope and heavily stitched leather, which lends the set a savage bearing.

I was wondering...
It there a way I can see what my current armour that is equipped, will look like on another race?
Cheers

Several. There's the WoW Model Viewer, a seperate freeware program that let's you view every item model in the game. Most people get freaked out about digging in the game files, but don't worry. It's perfectly safe and doesn't violate the ToS.
There's also the "View in 3D" option on Wowhead.
Lastly, there's an addon called CloseUp that modifies your Dressing Room in-game (the window that pops up when you ctrl+click on something to see what it looks like). What it does is allow you to spin, zoom in/out and have more control over that particular function. This is relevant to your question because it also has a "target" button that brings in any nearby player character you want. Want to see how your stuff looks on a goblin? All you need to do is find a goblin PC.
I should note that none of these will work until we start to get the appropriate files onto our computers. As of right now, Blizzard is the only one who has access to these items.

Starting to wish I rolled a shaman instead of a druid. This set is HAWT!

I still think the helm could have been changed. I understand that T13 for us (Sham) is supposed to resemble thrall a bit. I do see ti with the whole shammy hobo look. But The hood isnt' bad but I'd rather lose the bones on the hood and the amber chunks for some cool glowing giant bead necklace like Thrall's sporting these days.

Oh I'm not forgetting. Mine will be my old T6 set for sure. =)
Just disappointed with the T13 war set and not understanding why everyone is hyped for it. oh look red and black again and the detail looks so flat and sausagey for the boots and such. if it's patterned after Deathwing there should be more then just the chin. It should look like heavy plates of armor not skin tight foil. Need to see how it looks on a tauren, maybe better then, who knows.
Oh well, least the shamys look awesome and the mages look kinda neat to. =)
