Have Blizzard ever specified why we can't queue for Old instances using the dungeon finder? Admittedly some of them could be soloed, but for LK HC dungeon runs some guildies and I were wanting to use the dungeon finder to try mount farm etc.

Any reason Blizz hasn't allowed this? Surely lowbies wouldn't mind the boost and if it's a balance issue we were wondering why a stat scaling feature couldn't be enabled like is present in many other MMOs? Debuff of "nostalgia" or something!

The Dungeon Finder is there to help players find groups for content when it's relevant and needed, not for doing nostalgia runs. Not only do you not need the full group to go back and do that content at the current level cap, you would also be clogging up the queue for level-appropriate players. If you're a level 85 rogue queueing for a level 80 heroic, you getting into a group means someone level-appropriate did not. That's not cool.

Ghostcrawler once (and only once) mentioned a sidekicking/level scaling system like what you suggest. We haven't heard about it again since, though that doesn't mean it isn't going to happen. It just hasn't happened yet.

What picks the boss you fight in the kara opera event? Is it just normal RNG or dose something else play in it too? Been trying to get the Wolfslayer Sniper Rifle off The Big Bad Wolf for transmorging and so far every week its been Romulo and Julianne.

It's totally random. And since there aren't many options, it can feel really streaky. I'm never surprised when I hear someone say they've only fought Oz for multiple months in a row.

If Nefarian's head was cut off in BWL and hung (and/or impaled if you are horde), how is it that he is reanimated in BWD and not headless? Perhaps some twilight cultist smuggled it out once they took it down?

That whole thing where Deathwing attacked Stormwind at the beginning of the Cataclysm? Where he left his big claw marks on the city gates? That was him stopping by to reclaim Nefarian and Onyxia's heads. He necromantificateded them.
