Veg Mac & Cheese: 8 oz macaroni/shells, cooked1 bag Galaxy Cheddar Veggie Shreds1.5 C unsweetened plain Soy Milk [Silk]2 tbsp vegan margarine [Earth Balance]1small onion, choppedSalt & Pepper to tasteIn medium sauce pan sautee the onion in the margarine. Add the Shreds and soymilk, gently cook over your campfire until the cheese is melted, stirring often. Pour over cooked pasta and get on with the Raids!
