I personally don't mind always being in moonkin form (as bears are almost always in bear, and cats almost always in cats)--I like the specialty of it. You look at a shadowy figure and know it's a shadow priest, you look at a moonkin and know it's a large feathery beast that is likely to destroy your face. What I WOULD like to see is the same graphical overhaul that bear, cat and tree received. Balance presently stands as the only druid spec whose specialty form is still underpixeled...and running on the ogre model. As far as Eclipse goes, I wonder if a lot could be solved by making THAT a choice. Like warrior stances. Solar Stance, Lunar stance. That way you can choose to specialize in one type of combat or another in any given situation, especially in this new environment. I find I'm too often fretting over vent, "I'm not in Solar! I can't do anything here hnnngh "If not a stance, I'd be interested in seeing some sort of cooldown that grants, say, 35-40 lunar or solar energy depending on the present state. I think a 2 or 3 minute cooldown would be fair there, to offer that sort of choice within any given encounter. Suddenly adds? Pop to Solar and destroy them quickly. Suddenly a perfect opportunity to stand still and long-cast? Lunar to the rescue!
