Feral mobility is slightly different, and I should have said that I was specifically talking about balance/restoration. For balance and restoration druids, our mobility hasn't changed at all since release -- although now breaking roots by shapeshifting as a balance druid is a PITA.
For feral druids, mobility has changed significantly. They gained additional charge abilities to help them close distances and they gained a slow in order to keep their targets close. Feral Swiftness may or may not be the same as it was since then, I'm not sure, but I know it hasn't been changed much if at all (oh, I know that it didn't use to work indoors and now it does.)
Feral druids had their mobility adjusted because they had to keep up with every other melee out there in terms of uptime, restoration and balance druids, however, weren't given any mobility consideration because Blizzard thought that other defensive buffs would be enough. For balance, they clearly haven't been.
