I'm ... not hugely upset about the T13 gear being raid only. Being unable to get the head and shoulders without raiding means that getting the rest through VP is kinda meh anyway. If they provide a full set of unique non-tier gear through the VP vendor I'll be happy. They seem to be providing a full set of unique non-tier gear through the 4.3 heroics too. I'm looking forward to seeing what it looks like.
