Hopefully it will live up to its hype. 4.3 is Blizzard's last chance to correct the mistakes they've made throughout Cataclysm and convince everyone to stick around and upgrade to the next expansion.

Yes 11 million will all quit if it doesn't live up to your expectations.

Got that stick wedged up there pretty tight, don't you.
Wrath saw subscription numbers rise, significantly. Cataclysm saw them fall. Sure, it could be claimed that the numbers went down because there were other offerings, but so far none of them have been any more successful than what was available during Wrath. Mistakes were made in Cataclysm. the pendulum swung too far to the other side.
Being the last content patch of the expansion, it is, above all else, going to be an indication of what direction we can expect the game to go in the next expansion.

Except maybe if the next expac has anything to do with Pandas. Then you will see the sub numbers go thru the roof. Even all the people saying they will quit will probably stick around just to see what they are all about. 4.3 sounds huge. Not sure I will like the new epic gem system. Hopefully there will be transmutes...
