Breakfast Topic: What are your plans for Brewfest?

Brewfest 2011 runs from today until Oct. 5, so you have a lot of time to enjoy all the holiday has to offer. (For more on Brewfest, check out Alison's Guide to Brewfest 2011.) What are you planning on getting done in the next two weeks? Are you heading in to Blackrock Depths to take on Direbrew? Or is this just another boring, skippable in-game holiday?

BREWFEST!! Dis Troll is gonna take to da ale, show dem Orcs how it's done, mon. And when da Dark Irons come, they be feelin' me Brewfest Stein upside deir heads! I'll be gettin' meself a ram to fetch dem kegs with, and in me rare sober moments I'll be killin' dat Coren Direbrew for da shinies.

Well, dis here druid feels he gonna be castin' an unusual numbah of healin' spells dis week. I been perfecting a soberizing spell to use on all dose drunken fools who can't get dere hands offa him. And acourse I be going for me shinies. And mebbe gettin a leetle drunk meself. But I certainly won't be wearin no goggles from dat Blix fellow. No, I be wearin my Gnomish see-through lenses like a proper engineer! Don't be shy!

I'm already a Brewmaster, and I generally have no interest in levelling alts for holiday events; so my Brewfest this year is just going to be running Coren in the vain hope that the mounts drop for me this year. Hah.
Why RNG no love Gordal?

I'll be farming the drops, and that's about it.
Usually can end up getting a copy of everything at least once per toon...
except for the mount - which half my toons have already because lets face it, this one hasn't changed in a while.

Been going to all the Brewfests since the first one. i was able to buy the two rams with tickets the first year but have yet to get a damn kodo! or any other brewfest mount drops for that matter on my main. Same for the HH mount. 3 of my damn alts have the kodo and 2 have the HH. Hoping ill be lucky this year!! but i dough it :/

I have my whole team helping me get two Tankards o' Terror for my enhancement shaman. Until an appropriate weapon drops from Firelands, they'll be a significant dps increase for our raid.
(They're really nice people, my raid team).

Well....I was thuroughly enjoying myself as this is my first brewfest ever, and then Blizz had to yank the plug on my joy by downing the servers directly after opening the event. Booooo.
So far I'm really enjoying it, love the music.
Plan to spend a lot of time sloshed and fighting dark iron dwarves.

I'll be spending it wishing my dwarven paladin was level 85 instead of 42. Yes, I know it might be a tiny bit irresponsible for a paladin to get all drunk and disorderly... but he's a dwarf, so it's okay. ^_^ Other than that, I got the title for the character who needed it last year, and it's not a huge thing for my other characters. I might see what Direbrew drops, though, 'cause I'm now gearing up my main to eventually take on the 4.3 heroics after reading yesterday's news, and there's a decent chance for an upgrade.

I've been unsubbed right around the time of brewfest the last 2 years only to come back right around each halloween. This year, I'm enjoying the crap out of brewfest

As soon as the DF updated to include coren my guild all signed up. first keg got me the Kodo. switched to alt. Got the kodo again... needless to say my guildies arent happy with me right about now ^_^

I like the change they made for this year with the summoning. One person can start it over and over. I got nothing in my special keg :( I did get the 3 trinkets. The group I ran it with did it like 7-8 times at least. I only have 1 85 that still needs the title and he only needs to join the beer of the month thing. I have 2 more toons who will partake in this years shena-festivities. I did notice that keg pony in addition to the pony keg. Very interested to see what that is all about. So I will have to run another toon at least to check that out. Since you can get about 95+ tokens from the first days action it won't be too bad at all. Fun Fun Fun and it's not even Friday. And Oz, on behalf of all of us chasing the mounts- you suck :p

I'll be working to get my Keg Pony http://www.wowhead.com/item=71137 and that's about it.. already have all the achievs and items on the toons I want them on ^_^
I did appreciate Blizz's apology for least year's stein in this year's stein quest haha

I only need Disturbing the Peace from achievements, so I suppose I'll do some dailies to get the clothes. Other than that I already ran Coren about 40 times in hopes of a trinket I need, but I haven't seen it so far :/ Hopefully tommorow will get me that trinket.
