None whatsoever. Now, it might make a difference that all of my 85's are Horde and my highest Alliance is 65. But my Horde guild even has a sister/alt guild Alliance-side, for those of us who want to switch sides from time to time. (Of course, there are nearly 500 toons in the Horde guild, and less than 20 in the Alliance... But I do happen to know that some of the guildies have Alliance alts in other guilds, so that doesn't really represent the total number of crossover players.)
