I wonder if Blizzard will ever experiment with different business models for paid character services. For instance, they reduce the fee when migrating from a high pop. to a low pop. server, or they could offer group (i.e. guild move) discounts?

Or is the point behind the cost to help reduce admin. in the first place (among others) ?
