Are your healers on full mana before she starts AoEing, if not then that is where your problem is. Basically every attack against Alys while she's down and charging will restore mana to the attacker, so it's a period where your healers should be attacking her to get their mana pools to full, at which point there really is no way to go out of mana as it's such a short phase.
