I'm fairly sure arms can only execute in execute range as well. Pretty sure the only time that was different was during Wotlk.

Correct, all Warriors can only Execute in Execute range. It's incredibly bad for a 4 piece bonus (as an Arms Warrior I'd much rather hit MS than Execute unless I'm using Deadly calm, and Execute still costs Rage to use then too), and the 2 piece bonus is so bad we may as well not have one at all (I've never hit Inner Rage, in fact, I'm not sure I even trained that worthless ability on my main Warrior). Just looking at my Set bonuses makes me sad, the Tier pieces better have incredible stats on them or I won't even bother. I think across the board Warriors said they never hit Inner Rage, if this is Blizzard's way of getting us to hit it it's not working. I may have to gear up an alt, most of the other set bonuses look amazing or at the very least USEFUL. I'd like to see something like "Increases Colossus Smash's duration to 12 seconds" or "Your Recklessness no longer causes you to take increased damage", you know, something that at least passes as useful.

A fury warrior acquiantance of mine went from 21k dps to 30k dps during a BWD trash fight (before the blind dragon fight) due to a rage buff... he hit inner rage and just kept spamming. The 4 piece bonus reduces the rage cost in a manner that echos that buff. Rejecting such a large DPS boost simply because you don't favor the mechanism during normal play seems silly.I have had occasion to use inner rage. Not often, but occasionally.

@EirikThe situation in that comment there lies in the phrase 'trash fight'. Sure popping IR to help cleave spam will boost your damage to a noticeable amount, but it's during trash. On boss fights both of those Warrior DPS set bonuses are lame and boring, and honestly not worth it.Luckily enough it's still early for the outcry to reach the devs and change them. Hopefully to something that actually revolves around abilities that are used on a regular basis. Here's to hoping!

@Eirik1) I play Arms, not Fury. I believe I stated this already.2) On BWD trash my DPS is 26-62k depending on the pack.3) It's still completely worthless on the fights that matter, ie BOSS FIGHTS.4) It's a DPS LOSS to push Inner Rage in almost any situation if you are playing your spec correctly (Prot is the exception as they actually have the Rage to waste due to how they generate Rage). 5) Your Fury Warrior wasn't spamming Heroic Strike, he was spamming Cleave, which was likely glyphed to hit 3 mobs instead of just 2, thus providing a DPS increase. The 2 piece bonus is not affecting Cleave at all so your example is not only invalidated, it's uninformed as well. Heroic Strike is never a better button to push than your normal rotation, it's there to burn off the occasional excess Rage that Warriors receive ( such as a lucky string of procs of Blood Frenzy). HS hits about as hard as Overpower for 6x the Rage cost. You tell me how reducing the Rage cost of an ability you rarely use, during a CD that you almost never use, and messing up your regular rotation is a DPS increase, I'd like to hear how using an inferior ability is going to boos my DPS.
