I wasn't around for either tier, but for me Destroyer and Onslaught at the twin and opposing design pinnacles of warrior tier armor. Onslaught is almost minimalist in details, but the eye glow just screams "Come on. The line is right there. Cross it. Hit me. I dare you." Onslaught is Ozruk's armour.

Destroyer? Destroyer is like the honey badger. Destroyer don't care what you hide behind, because he wants to dual wield you and your best friend's spine.

Warbringer is lesser for me, but the helm looks like an adaptation of the DOOM marine's helm for some reason, so it scores points there.

T13 is almost there, but the legs can't quite cash the cheque the helm and shoulders are trying to write.
