It was amazing to see how much thought went into re-balancing shamans around Wind Shear and usable AE for both specs. Being Resto mainly, I look forward to seeing how well I compete against my guilds uber amazing Resto Druid/Holy Priest players with these changes. =D

Yeah, as a Shaman I really, really appreciated this explanation. I found all the changes rather confusing and wasn't sure whether or not I should be pleased or frothing with QQ. Seeing them all laid out plainly with the reasoning behind them made all the difference in the world.
