While I do agree HPallies needed the CD removed or shortened for Holy Radiance I really wish it was a glyph or talent implimentation. I constantly use this as Ret and Prot to aid where I can in tough AoE healing situations, its not a huge addition to healing done but its enough in situations where people drop to the brink of death. In many cases me using HR at the right time has been the difference between a wipe and a kill, I've seen people drop to 1% HP while my HR was going off and if those few ticks of low heals wasn't aiding our heal team people may have been killed.

My raid has a ret paladin who does this too, and I love them for it. as a main spec healer myself I think the changes are almost universally quality of life improvements, but I'm going to miss the other paladin specs having a healing cooldown that only costs a gcd from their rotation. with a cast time they will never use it, which is sad.
As for making it a glyph, that's not going to happen. the changes to radiance are so fundamental that it no longer resembles its previous iteration. Glyphs aren't usually designed for sweeping changes like this.
