He mentions Fury Warriors explicitly as to-be-nerfed, and also says explicitly that some specs aren't mentioned which doesn't mean they won't be addressed. For your information, Fury and Frost aren't the only melee specs in the game. Just as an example, kitty druids have been at or near the end of the dps meters for all of Firelands (check the druid column, there has been an analysis there not too long ago).
