New dungeon iLevel requirements
We haven't made a final decision on the item levels for the new 5-player dungeons. We're in the process of making some updates to the Random Dungeon Finder categories, Valor Point acquisition/caps, epic vendor offerings, and developing the Raid Finder. The item levels are tied to these updates.

Here's to Dragon-5mans having a normal version alongside the Troll heroics and a heroic version above the Trolls. Just so that second Tier would have some company...
